I’m Silja Thor—a serial entrepreneur, business mentor, and transformation catalyst. I’ve built and scaled nine businesses, generated millions in revenue, and coached hundreds of high-level entrepreneurs to step into their power, simplify their businesses, and scale with ease.

But my path here wasn’t linear. I’ve had the highs of massive success and the deep lessons that came with setbacks. Including going bankrupt and loosing everything.

Through it all, I have also discovered that running a coaching or service-based business is completely different from any other business—because you are the business.

For years, I tried to force strategies that weren’t mine. I looked for the “right” way to do business, followed blueprints that were supposed to work… but they didn’t fit me. It wasn’t until I started doing things my way—fully aligned, fully embodied—that everything shifted.
